    Hello,
I am fairly unknowledgable when it comes to computer software so here goes. My computer is an old e machines desktop bought used. Model W2247 with an AMD processor. My 16 year old son somehow got a virus on the computer and it couldn't do anything at all except boot up. So I wiped it and installed a fresh copy of xp pro. Since I did this I can't get the sound to work. I have tried many time to download and install realtek audio drivers and none will work. The device manager says legacy sound but shows no drivers or devices. I'm not really sure what to do next.
