Audio on DVD doesn't play

    My wife and I have almost identical computers. We run windows XP SE.
    We both have the same type CD/DVD drive. She can play the DVD Video on her computer, but has no Audio. I can play the same DVD and it is perfect. Audio is fine on the rest of her computer. Could someone help me find out why she has no audio on DVD's? BTW, she tried several DVD's and has no audio on any DVD.
