As said in the topic name

I have a audio problem that causes crackling when I'm using the Internet. If there is no network activity or very little there is no problem. I'm using Windows 7 genuine 64 bit. I have a Toshiba Qosmio and when I first got it everything was fine. I can provide specs if they are really needed. Right now I'm on my ubuntu partition and the sound works perfect when I'm downloading things. So it has to do with windows. Also, I do occasionally get a blue screen, but nothing shows in the event viewer. The screen flashes too fast for me to read off.

I just need to know what information I need to provide you to help me with this problem. I understand that it may take time.

    Thanks

    Hi

Are you on Windows 7 SP1 yet?

You could try the advice HERE to see if a BSOD dump file is still listed and attach the dump files, instruction on how to attach is in the guides.

Are your drivers up to date with the latest ones on Toshiba's site for your model? namely the network driver.
