   i know geeks here are sick with this but please guys, help me on this.
   
   i reformat my pc before of viruses and installed back xp sp 2.
   
   below are screencaps from my pc. i've read one post from "euchron" and i did all steps there but im always meet a dead end after finding that i dont have my ON-BOARD sound card in the device manager section.

   Could you tell us what model of HP computer you have? or attach an Everest log as outligned in the steps below.
   
   
   
   

   
   Once you have the model number version of your HP computer then download the Chipset Driver and install then reboot and install the Audio driver from HP, with the log or model number version we can help you locate the correct drivers.
