Well i used to own a Windows 95 and i remeber a program in the accessories that you could type in a phrase and the computer could repeat it in a robot voice and you could change the voices and stuff. Microsoft has a "Text to Speech" program available on their site. I don't have the link but I know it's available there. Also the version 7 and higher Adobe Acrobat Reader is able to read documents to you but I don't use it anymore so I can't remember how to use it. It's in one of the drop down menus.

    Hi!
If you liked the Robot voice talking computer program you'll LOVE this!
Children can learn from scripts you put together and there are so many 'characters' you can download....I put together scripts for the kids I babysit sometimes and they absolutely LOVE it when 'Peedy' (the Parrot) says their names and talks to them....MASH costs $25 (I'm still a kid....at heart) :)
