hey m8s, i need some help finding an audio/video separator. i've got a hard to find movie called Free Zone and can't find the soundtrack anywhere. so i'd like to separate the audio content from the video, and be able to edit it as well. any ideas?
    thanks a bunch.

I'm not certain whether we can help you..... the music on the disc might be copyrighted material, licensed only for use in the movie. (Funny grey area here... I know you can legitimately backup a movie you own)

I'd ask Major Attitude for his opinion.

Is it an Avi movie? If so Virtual Dub Mod can do what you want. I'll give you instructions but it only works on avi.

yeh forget about grey areas if you get sued its your fault...

untill then to rip the music use virtual dub(the best easy to use). here is the website for you. http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/ It is totally free and legall.

Or you could use Zwei Stein its better than virtual dub in editing videos etc. but a lot more complicated to use... http://www.thugsatbay.com/tab/?q=software

there is nothing wrong with me giving you this software its legal and i use them loads, just dont get into trouble with it.
