Audio volume

Computer:
Dell Demension DM051
Intel pentium D CPU 2.8 GHz 2.79GHZ 2 GB of ram

MS Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002
Service pack 3

Every time I reboot and/or turn off and turn on the PC, the speaker volume on the right and left speakers is set on low. I then have to go into the speaker volume and restore the defaults.

I have two labtec LCS 1050 plugged into the audio output.

Can any one help solve this problem?
