I have win7 64 Bit and Audacitey and the Blue Teti USB Microphone.

It all works with Audacity but I have to use the HOST Driver MIME or Direct Show in Audacity.

Now in the HOST list in Audacity I can pick WASAP1. and my OutPut Device will change to say WXGA TV Intel Display.

I get this because my Speakers are in the TV that I use for my Monitor with an HDMi Cable.
But my Blue Yeti Microphone will not work with WASAP1 HOST why?

I get not recordings why?

 

I am so sorry let me tell you more.

I have a 32 Inch LCD TV that I use as my computer Display and it conects to the PC with an HDMi Cable.
So because I use a TV as a computer Display I have the computer setup so it uses the TVs Speakers to OutPut the Sound.

Now when I am in Audacity under Audio Host if I pick MIME under Audio Output then changes to Microsolt Sound Mapper.
And if I change Audio Host again to Direct Show then Audio output changes to Primary Sound Driver.

But if I change Audio Host to WASAP1. then Audio output changes to WXGA TV and the microphone changes to WXGA TV and the Blue Yeti is not in the Dropdown list and the only thing in the Dropdown list is WXGA TV.

Why can I not use WASAP1. with my Blue Yeti Microphone?
