AusLogics Disk Defrag Update Version 4

    Just a notice for any of you hanging on to the shreds of Windows XP. I just learned that AusLogics has updated Disk Defrag from 3.6 to version 4. This version has all the buttons and whistles like selecting a defrag algorithm and background defrag as well as scheduled defrag. I got rid of SmartDefrag2 as soon as I saw this...

    I guess this would be useful for Vista users, too, but I think Windows 7 has a background defragger for those who trust MS' defrag algorithm...

    I'm running version 4.1.0.0 which, I believe, is the latest version.

    I ran version 3.6 for quite a while and then tried SmartDefrag but, I don't think SmartDefrag does as good a job at optimization. I noticed a definite speed increase at startup with AusLogics.
