By the way, it is a spoof.LOL How do I know? Well, firstly it's a clip from a comedy show and cops down here have to handover and sign in their weapons upon finishing their shifts and no way would you have a Police Inspector condoning this type of behaviour without the Police Commissioner dragging his a** over the coals.
