auto power up software

I'm looking for a program that will power on my computer at specific times in order to allow prescheduled downloads.
My satellite connection currently provides a window of downloads that do not affect my daily fair access policy restrictions.
Any ideas?

The only way I know of for this to work, is have a nic that supports WoL (Wake on Lan).

Also, you'll either need another computer or use an internet based solution, for instance:

Or you could use sleep mode, and run an application like this:
