auto run program not working

hey guys my sister is having a big problem with her computer. she had downloaded a game from bigfishgames.com and then had some problems getting it off once the trial period was over. ever since then she can't use some updates for windows, and can't play any of her games because an error says that it can't copy the "autorun.exe" . then she tried to recover from the problem by downloading a thing called registry booster. but found out it was a trial program and it wouldn't actually fix anything. now when she tries to remove that program it says access denied and that it cannot make a temporary file.

That is the problem could somebody give me some steps to fix this autorun problem.

hey guys the problem is getting weird. the windows updates fail and she cannot uninstall any programs because an error says access denied because it couldn't make a temporary file. could a computer have problems updating, installing/uninstalling, or playing a game if it is having problems making temporary files?

if so than i guess that could be the issue here. how in the world do i fix a problem with creating temporary files?!
please somebody respond.
