auto shutdown software

hey guys anybody know of a programme that will allow you to leave an app running eg wmp11 and after a selected time period shut the laptop down safely

Heres a freeware program that will probably suit you. Ive never used it so cant reveiw it however.

I just had a little mooch on MG`s couldnt find anything. This came up in a google search.
