Automated W98 setup still shows EULA...

After looking around at M$ several times and
making sure I was doing things properly, I thought
I'd post and see if anyone has had this problem.

I'm running 98SE with an msbatch.inf for automated
setup. Strangely, even with ShowEula=0 and/or the
/iw switch, it still makes me accept it every time.

Anyone had this problem before or no of a way
to really automate 98 installs (besides Ghosting)?

Is there a setting for not showing the startup wizard
that I'm missing? I ran Batch98 to create the
inf and chose all of the options that should have
made it a userless install.
