   Hi all
   
   I'm looking for an automatic refresh add on.
   
   I have the one offered by firefox. But I would like one that I can change time interval between each refresh
   eg
   interval 1
   2 min
   interval 2
   30 sec
   Interval 3
   5 min
   
   or even better again one that will assign random time intervals between each refresh.

   Only one I come across that is close to what you want is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/115 this will refresh in intervals you set from 5secs ~ 15mins on default menu settings and it will also allow you to custom set a time interval too so you can set what time interval for refresh you want.
