    Hi all

    I get a lot of machines in for virus removal and seem to be constantly changing the same settings on machines and just wondered if there was a way to automate some of these changes with scripts or other software.

    For each machine I;
    Turn off system restore
    Delete temporary internet files*
    Delete History*
    Delete Cookies*
    Clean up hard disk to remove all but most recent restore point*
    Show hidden folder*
    etc etc

    * indicates task is performed on each user account.

    What I would like to do would be to log into a user account and run a script or a small program from a thumb drive that will make all or most of these changes for me, it will save me hours over the course of a week
