Autorun Problem

I just bought NBA Live 2004. But I'm having trouble installing it on the computer. When I put in the CD I click install, I then enter the CD key, but after I click next an error pops up which says "Electronic Arts Autorun has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried to install over and over but it still does not work. I tried to install from Setup.exe instead of Autorun but the same problem appears. It works fine on my friend's computer. Also my computer meets all of the requirements to run the game. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
