I am trying to run my resource CD in my dell desktop and when I put it in the drive it wont open? I have even tryed going to RUN and typed in D:\setup.exe and it asked me to put the CD in and click but no luck? This setup is running XP home. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you for any help Scott

hmm, could be a bad CD. I think you can download and burn another copy though. I downloaded a utility disk for my Dell XPS 200.

I didnt try because the cpu is over 2 years old. Its seems dell wont talk with anyone unless your cpu is new or they want to charge a fee. Thank you
