Avast + Comondo blocking wireless router

Hi - I installed avast and comondo on my desktop pc but now I cannot access the internet on my laptop through my wireless router. Can you help my with adjusting the settings for these programs so I can get access with my laptop?

Which Comodo application did you install? Also did you install Avast free or pro?

 

Hi - Comondo Firewall and Avast ver 5.0.677. Avast screen says free but I thought I paid for it....possibly not. thanks

 

Avast and Comodo on your desktop should not be affecting the communications between your laptop and router. But just for yucks try disabling Comodo and see if anything happens with your laptop connection. I don't think it will make a difference. I think the problem is in your laptop's networking configuration.

 

About Comodo... is it just Comodo Firewall, or is it Comodo Antivirus, too?

(or possibly the whole shebang with Comodo Internet Security?)
