    Hi guys,

I am what is considered to be a newbie and I've done all that's in my power to help myself - but it seems that I need some professional help now. Here's my problem:

While checking mails in the internet (via firefox) my free avast! antivir popped up, stating something about a trojan or whatever, telling me to better open it in "sandbox-mode". Before I could check what was happening I've got a bluescreen and the PC got shut down.

From there on I've got the avast error code 10050, saying "Avast will not be able to protect outgoing mail..." and I've no connection to the internet anymore. The avast error pops up everytime I restart the computer. Connection to the internet is lost! I have two w-lan networks I can connect to. Both of them won't work :-(

There have been similar threads in the past, unfortunately in seems like this solutions won't help for me! I would be very thankful indeed if someone could help me out on this one!

    Greetz from Germany,
    Benkah
