Avast Free

    I have Win7. and Avast Free and I was using Avast for a long time.

    Now it was telling me it was going to Expire in 10 Days then it says 6. Days and so on.

    Now I look in my System Tray and the Avast Icon has a Black X on it.
    And it says Avast Un Protacted.

    I thought it was Free to use.

    What do I do?

    Click the Re-Activate button and re-register, or click the Status button on the Avast interface and follow the instructions.

    If that don't work, uninstall it and download avg. It's also free and effective.

    Avast has taken over AVG so they are now one single company. Only problem with AVG Free is that it comes up with pop up ads to upgrade from free.
