Avast Scan Help Please

    I just ran an av scan & the following were unable to be scanned due to being password protected. Any idea how I can get to these? I didn't even know I had anything password protected.

    I'm running XP Pro.

    you might wanna check the Avast forum.... there was a bug in the most current program update that some users seeing.... Also if the Password Protected file are associated to Spybot they should be fine.. When a file is password protected or in use by the OS the AV program won't be able to scan it.

    Thanks Namor, I purged my recovery files in SB & I'm all set now. Thanks for the info.
