Avast warnings on most pages

A fully updated version of avast is detecting HTML:Script-inf, HTML:RedirME-inf [Trj] and HTML:iframe-inf on almost every page I visit.

This is on Windows XP, on Chrome and Firefox.

I take it that this means something is trying to inject code into pages - or is it just a false positive?

Attached are my logs from the Malware Removal procedure - none of the programs seemed to detect anything, but your opinion on the logs would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

This is probably due to a bad update that Avast put out. Try updating Avast again ( the next update should have fixed the issue ) and see if you still have problems.
