I have a GIF image that is 123x124 how can I make it down to 64x64

 

You can use a program like Printshop or Photoshop to trim it down.

 

Or you could get the XP Power toys to do it for you.

 

Or ACDSee...

 

It's a animated File?

 

Resize !!!

First put .GIF in washer then dryer for about 45 minutes you should
get your 64 X 64 then

1) Load your picture
2)Use Resize menu
3)Adjust for no more than 64 pixels on longest side of picture

Use Anamation Shop for your animated Gifs. (Same deal)
