Avaya WinSPM

    Does anyone on the site know anything about configuring PBX phones?

    It's the Avaya (Formerly Lucient) Merlin Legend system. There are 20 outside lines and 33 extensions inside.

    I have the WinSPM software with all of the updates running on a P4 with WinXP.

    I have been able to figure everything out until now.

    We want to have one extension with a direct outside line roll over to another extension after 6 rings but I can't find anything in the documentation or software that configures it. There are already instances of this on the system that were setup by the previous owner, I just can't find where to configure it.

    Any help at all would be appreciated.
