Avg 6.0

    Hi, I've just installed AVG 6.0 free edition . Its works ok but when i view the computer info , it is showing wrong info . I'm using a AMD athlon with xp pro . Is there a way to alter this ?

    I'm guessing its to do with the free side . To get the correct info would be with the paid version ? Any way i'm working on a fix . this is how far i've got :D

    that's just fine, windows xp and windows 2000 are very similar, chances are that AVG simply uses the same core module for both and it's just labeled windows 2000. If you look at the windows version it has the 5.1 (2k is 5.0) and the proepr build number of 2600.
