AVG 9.0 problems

    Sorry for posting here but virus protection issues show up as read only and would not let me post.. I am trying to up grade AVG 9.0 it will not let me install new program unless i try removing my old one but it will not uninstall keep getting error message can you help me out.. Again sorry for posting on the wrong page
