AVG Antispyware Won't Install

I had Avg Antispyware on this computer a few days ago and it worked fine then stupid me I uninstalled it and then tried to reinstall it but now I get this popup which I have attached to this message. Ok I have A new Dell Demension and all my updates are up to date. Running Windows XP Media Center Editon!! Please I really need help with this. Any help appreciated.By the way I can download everthing else but Avg Antispyware!!:confused

 

Hi again. I got the problem fixed. I downloaded and saved Avg Antispyware to desktop and then restarted and went to safe mode then I installed the program that way now everything is working great!!
