AVG Error

OK this isn't as much of an error as it is annoying but i keep getting this Microsoft Windows message about the AVG Cache Server it says that the "AVG Cache Server has stopped working" and it gives two options Check for A Solution online and Close Program but it doesn't really affect the program it self but it keeps popping up every 2 minutes of closing it. I have searched around on the threads on the avg free support forums and there was nothing there that described my problem can anyone assist me in solving this problem P.S. I'm running on Windows Vista

 

is your version of avg up to date? have you installed any new firewall software? and have you tried to uninstall it and the reinstall?
