AVG Free is killing programs! Help

The last AVG update has disabled some programs and is saying that they are infected with a Trojan PWS.Generic.AG. These are all trainers that I use on various games. The SEATLOCK.exe program is used by our Poker league on the GameSpy network to prevent other people from entering or disrupting a tournament in progress. This is affecting everyone in the league that has installed AVG. I have tried turning off all heuristics testing as directed by AVG on my free version but that doesn't do any good. I have contacted AVG and given them the SEATLOCK.exe file as they suggested but I don't really expect much support for for a free product. Maybe one of you with AVG can download the file and see what you can come up with. Any help is appreciated.

 

Can't help you with your AVG/gaming problem, but maybe try Avast download from MG.

See if Avast clashes with your Poker league. It is recommended by most people to only run 1 Antivirus program at a time. Turn off AVG temporarily while you try Avast.

Have use Avast for some time now, after switching from AVG. Bazza
