AVG Free Updates

I run AVG Free and updated it today, but when I bring it up, it still says It is not up to date, but when I retry to update it, It says I am updated to date. Any answers? I don't think I will worry about it too much though.

After you get your update AVG is supposed to load your new updates. It does tell you though that if it doesn't automatically happen, you need to close AVG down, and restart it. It should produce a small box in the middle of your screen, with update info, and start downloading it. I also use AVG. I tried Avast, but found AVG to be quicker, and it didn't slow down my system.

 

I know all of that, I have been using AVG for a long time now, and this is the first time I have had a problem. I am going to unsubscribe from my own thread now as there was another one started on the same subject earlier and I didn't see it. Thanks Cherrywithns
