avg help wanted

i recently installed avg on pc

after installation it restarted pc and when windows again satarted it opened by itself

after insatalling updates it made a rescue file with my permission (hahaha0

and then it asked me to scan pc i scanned pc it found virius in the pc win32/parite

i have attached an image plz tell me what the hell is now with my installed things like avant browser yahoo buddy spy when i goo in these folders i got a popup messege from avg shield that win32/parite is found is the avg not going to correct this virus thjreat

3. i tried the tab heal but it told me that it cannot be healed

4. short cut of avg control centre in system tray near clock gi=ves me messege that
"internal virus database...date of internal virus database is incorrect.
what is this?????

5, if i have to delete avant browser setup and install folder with yahoo and other such virus threated folders where this virus fpound avg shield use to appear
