AVG Install Problem

    Hola Your Magnificences -

    Have loaded AVG Free Version many times over w/out issue. Tried to load on a Win XP PC today and got the following message:
    "While loading AVG C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and MS Windows Applications"

    ??? I'm Perplexed. Any Insight?

    After repeated tries were still unable to install AVG Antivirus (Free Edition) onto our Win XP PC. Has anyone seen this problem before?
