AVG question

Hi,

I am running AVG 6 free edition and although the certification for incoming and outgoing mail is checked, the certificate never shows. It used to work until a couple of months ago. Any ideas what might be wrong here?

In AVG Control Center - Email Scanner tab -> Advanced Settings -> Certification tab, is there any text?

No, I'm not using Outlook Express.

 

I tried it and it made no difference.

 

I am using Outlook 2003

 

According to this, Outlook 2003 is not supported. Did you recently upgrade to it?

Beats me. I would expect so, though. They already are touting integration with XPSP2's AV prog monitoring functions.

 

I have tried to set up the proxy but after that, I could not get any e-mail at all. Seems like the roadrunner mail server does not accept the account settings.
