AVG VS McAfee

I would like to recoment McAfee All Access Total Protection 2012,I have tryed AVG Internet Security 2013 And it is no good,perhaps because i am used to McAfee(i have used it for allmost 3 years) and the troubleshooting you can use your self(McAfee vitual Technician and other tools)before you contact email or live chat support.
What i am saying is that allmost(if not all) problems you can solve your self.
I have all so tryed two other antivirus programs from McAfee,and in general i am very impressed(it kills trojans like nothing i have seen).
I would be very happy to hear any oppinions from you geeks,and the reason is that i have heard so much bad about this particular software.
