AVG Won't Go

I am trying to uninstall AVG 2011 (version 10.0.1382) from my laptop (Acer Aspire 5920) running Windows (Windows Vista). It will not uninstall.

I have tried to uninstall in the following four ways (I have tried in the order listed):

1. By trying to remove it using Revo Uninstaller version 1.9.2.0 (free version);

2. By trying to remove it using CCleaner version 3.04.1389;

3. By running AVG 2011's own uninstaller;

4. By simply trying to delete the AVG folder in C:\Program Files (C is my hard drive).

I don't know how I can get rid of it now.

What parts are left? Files, folders, registry entries ... ?

I'd use Process Explorer's suspend process feature and Autoruns to ensure there was no part of it actively running and no remnants trying to load, reboot and use Windows Explorer to delete any files.

 

I don't think any of it has gone.

BTW can you please remind me how to use Windows Explorer. I know it seems a stupid question and I know it is straightforward but it's one of those things that I'm always forgetting.
