Some screens that allow me to change Windows settings are displaying in full screen. This is inconvenient because I am often trying to follow web instructions on how to change various settings on the settings page. It's not easy to remember all of the exact settings that I need to change without being able to refer back to the website that is serving as a reference.

For example, if I press the windows button on my computer and then type search and press enter, I am on a screen titled "search settings" and it's full screen.
