Awesome Customer Service

I am still having trouble believing this. Had issues with my Remington 1911 pistol. Second time it went back to the home base. I shipped it in the supplied 1 day air bag on Thursday.

TODAY Brown Santa brings me a brand new pistol, with 2 new mags.. :-D

Now that is some by god customer service! They got it on Friday, and put a new pistol in my hands on Tuesday... :drool

No cost to me. Dang.

 

I hope they turn around. They were great for a long time, and I think they tried to expand too fast. I think they are moving out of New York, so hopefully they will get their stuff together.

But, I am still amazed at how fast I got the new gun. They only had it 4 full days, and two of them were on a weekend... :-D

 

Yep, pretty common in all areas. I remember back in the day when certain motherboard companies were the bomb, then months later they were not well thought of.

 

124 rounds with no issues. This sucker is a tack driver if I do my part. :cool

 

And, I scored today on some beautiful custom one of a kind grips...

I can't believe I got these for less than $100... Beautiful work.

 

Outsourcing Customer Service to a country that the customer service person speaks with a heavy accent you can't understand is annoying to say the least.
You know it is not going to go well when they have to start spelling the words for you but even the pronunciation of individual letters is muddy and hard to understand.mad
Makes you really appreciate good Customer Service when you receive it.
