   Have you tried Amazon Web Services help as a coroprate service they would be best placed to assist with your queries.?
   Use cloud but not Amazons, we have our own, for call centres cloud is really good but for specifics need to speak to Amazon if AWS is what you are using or want to use, also what call centre software you using?
