[B]CANON PRINTER PROBS[b]

    hi

    Ive got a canon mf 5650 printer, everytime i try to put a new cartridge in im getting a 'toner supply low' message and wont print this is even with a new cart.

    I work with printers but this has got me stumped. Just wondered if anyone else has come across or know anything. I have phoned canon but they get back in touch for another 5 hours and i need it fixed way b4 then if poss.
