Babylon/ Claro

Having a whole bundle of problems with Babylon and now Claro invading my computer. Have done all the usual stuff and tried everything i.e. uninstalling via the control panel and manage add ons, removing folders from the c drive etc but the damn things keep returning and removing my home page and re-setting the search engines. Have followed the malware removal procedure on here to the letter, four out of the five programmes didnt find anything however this was the only log produced from the other. Would anyone be kind enough to interpret / advise ?? !!

Apologies for taking a while to reply but work called I'm afraid !!
Run the tool as described, log attached. Of note though, when booting the computer up this time, amazingly my BT Yahoo homepage had remained as set, BUT !! -I received a pop up saying that a programme was trying to re-set it to Bing and did I want to allow this. Clicked no but something is obviously still in there !!

Hi Tim, thanks for the quick reply and your assistance but I have already done this 'to the letter' prior to posting this thread !!

Will persevere for a day or two and see if I can retain the homepage and other stability as I've has today. If this continues should be okay.
