Back up and restore

Hi !
I have broblem ,i want to restore my disk but i got this message :"The restore point could not be created for the following reason:
the shadow copy provider had an unexpected erorr while trying to process the specified operation (0x8004230f)
Please try again"
I tried few times but not working...

 

To restore your system you need to go back to a restore point created previously. Creating a new restore point isn't going to help at all. So can you not see any previous restore points?

 

That is a point Earthling ,there is no any previous restore points....what should i do?

 

If you can provide details of your operating system, and exactly what problem you have, someone here may be able to help get you going again.

If System Restore won't work, and if you don't have any other form of system backup, such as a recovery disk or recovery partition, then you won't be able to restore your system. You might though be able to fix your system if you tell what is wrong with it - why you believe you need to restore it.
