Backdoor.colfusion trojan removal

Hi. I cannot remove the backdoor.colfusion trojan despite looking at previous posts on this topic.

I have tried the following:

Kill2me
stinger
CWShredder
As well as Adaware and Spybot

When I run Norton 2005 it still finds infected files.

I am ready to list a Hijack This file when asked for it!

Help please.

firstly if you haven't make sure that you have read and done this tutorial
any probs with procedures post back
