I used Norton and it told me that I have a Trojan Pandex and Backdoor.Rustock.B virus. I used a virus scan to delete all the trojans but i still continue to get threat detection from AVG that says: While opening file:C://Documents and Settings\MAZ\Desktop\ZCI Network Folder\Norton\NortonAntivirus\Quarantine\incoming\APO.sysTrojan horse BackDoor.Ntroolkit.AC. Also my Norton Virus program keeps popping up saying that Norton AntiVirus has detected and removed a virus from your computer and the object name is:c:\Documents and...\268E7EC5.exe and the virus name is Backfoor.Rustock.D and the action taken is that the file was automatcially deleted when I press okay another one would pop up. How can i get rid of that? I also used hijack this program here is my log file.

You are running two anti-virus programs:
AVG7.5 and Norton -> please uninstall one!.

Run thisDisable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

Open notepad and copy and paste the following text in the quote box into the window:
    Save this as fix.bat
Choose to save as all files.
Doubleclick fix.bat and let the program run.
A small black dos window will flash, this is normal.

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Please download and run ATF Cleaner by Atribune. This program does not require an installation. The executable actually runs the program.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file.

You are very welcome ....If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. If we used ComboFix then UNINSTALL COMBOFIX (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
    2. Click START then RUN
    * Now type "%userprofile%\Desktop\cf" /u in the runbox ( or whatever you renamed it to) and click OK.
    * Note: The space between the cf and the /U, it must be there.
    3. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    4. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip
    5. If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
    * Refer to the cleaning steps in the READ ME for your Window version and see the steps to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
    * Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
