background music on VCD

Im trying to burn a few episodes of a show called Thomas the tank Engine i have all the episodes converted into VCD format (mpg or mpeg). Im using Nero 6 Ultra Edition to burn them and i made a menu for the VCD, i added a background picture and now i wanna add the Theme song for Thomas the tank engine to play at the starting menu but i dont know how to.
Can someone please tell me how to add background music
