Backing up software

    I used to have some software that would back up all my documents at either scheduled intervals or whenever I logged on, but I've forgotten what it was! Does anyone know any software that will do this? I don't mind if it's free or if I have to pay for it.

    a great program for that is second copy @ http://www.secondcopy.com/
    it does the job very well and is even embedded in some appliances.
