BACKUP before making changes

    Many people probably got new software, hardware, games, etc. for christmas and are going to be installing it soon.
    As has been stressed here many times before, BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP.
    if everyone would properly backup before installing or changing anything, a lot of problems could be prevented.
