Can anyone recommend any software (or method) that will allow occasional or frequent backup or copy of selected files and folders, and allow future updating / synchronisation of same files (and new ones if necessary) to secondary hard disk?

After another crash....is there a simple method in windows to do this?
I'm reluctant to have another program running all the time!

Thanks scott_hayes89, not sure what you are on about......"make another copy oy XP"...is that to copy the install CD or actually install on 2nd HDD?
I can use explorer to do that without 2nd XP, but XP doesn't schedule tasks!
I can use other HDD for backups, thats what I'm asking about!!
I think you should've read the full thread!!!!!
