backup help

    robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

    I have win7. home premiume 64 Bit and I know it comes with a program to let you backup your work and music and e mail and so on.

    When I am at the screen were it asks you what do you want to Backup and you I want it to backup my address books?

    I use Thunderbird so how do I go about this?

    I always back up as TEXT format not LiDF format with Thunderbird.

    Why can't I do TXT format what will happen?
