Backup Login

OK - I'm an idiot!

1.) I downloaded the MG backup program.
2.) I "Run" the program
3.) It asks me to Login or Create Trial Account
4.) I create a trial account using my name, password, and email address.
4a.) It then tells me that there is already an account with that name/email address.

5.) So I try to Login using my typical login name. Password is wrong.
6.) Try to recover password by entering email address and then answering the mother of all security questions "What is your mother's maiden name?" I entered it with a capital letter, all lower case, and all upper case. I keep getting the response that my answer doesn't match what's on file.

Stuck.

Any advice?
